My name is Karen Carroll and I am a Reflexologist based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.

Hi, I'm Karen. I am a fully qualified and insured Reflexology Practitioner with MAR (full Member of the Association of Reflexologists) status and the owner of Jade Reflexology. After losing my wonderful father and the Covid pandemic, I re-evaluated my life and what I wanted from it. This led me to one of the best decisions of my life - to train as a Reflexologist! I qualified in September 2022 and have never looked back. I enjoy my job - in fact I don't see it as a job - its definitely a calling and I enjoy it so much. All of the lovely comments from grateful clients who feel so relaxed and restored afterwards just make my day.
I'm also a mum of two brilliant adults with 5 gorgeous grandchildren who keep me busy when I'm not helping others. Along with my fantastic, supportive hubby they are my world.

It's more important than ever to take some time out for yourself. Our busy, often stressful, lives can make us so wrapped up in work and looking after others, that we forget about ourselves. Prevention is better than cure - you don't need to have health issues to benefit from reflexology or head massage.
Reflexology is a gentle yet powerful therapy that aims to restore the body's balance.
My main role is to help people and I do this through the treatment itself, being a listening ear and giving some subtle lifestyle suggestions along the way.
Treatments - reflexology, touch therapy head massage and manual lymph drainage, can vary from person to person depending on their needs.
I treat the whole person - the body, mind and spirit - this is holistic therapy.
What can reflexology help with?
It is usually safe to have Reflexology alongside conventional medicine, but if you are currently having any medical treatment please speak to your GP before booking an appointment.

Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:30am - 7pm
Friday: 8:30am - 5pm
Saturday: 9:30am - 3pm
Sessions and Fees
Reflexology Treatments
- First Reflexology sessions with consultation: £40 - allow up to 1 hour 45mins.
- Subsequent follow on Reflexology treatments: £35 - allow up to 1 hour 15mins. All foot treatments can be adapted for menopause, maternity and postnatal ladies.
- Hand Reflexology sessions: £25 - allow up to 40mins.
- Touch Therapy Head Massage: £15 - allow up to 30mins. Treatment covers scalp, sides of face, ears, forehead, neck and shoulders.
- Top & Tail! Head Massage followed by full Reflexology treatment: £50 - allow up to 1 hour 45mins.
Luxury Ritual Treatments
- Luxury Foot Ritual: £50. Allow up to 2 hours - includes: a drink of your choice on arrival; a relaxing and fragrant foot bath and scrub; full Reflexology treatment (including consultation if this is your first visit); and a luxurious foot balm to finish.
- Your feet will be feeling amazing and super soft, and you will be feeling more balanced and totally de-stressed!
- Luxury Top & Tail Ritual: £65. Allow up to 2 hours 15 mins. Includes all of the Luxury Foot Ritual plus a very relaxing head massage using a divinely scented Jasmine hair oil and also includes a neck and shoulder massage. You will float out of the room - guaranteed!
- Luxury MLD Top & Tail Ritual: £90. Allow up to 2 hours 45mins. As above Top & Tail Ritual plus Facial MLD - bliss!
Manual Lymph Drainage Treatments
- Facial Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD): £30 - allow up to 30mins.
- Facial MLD & the Touch Therapy Head Massage combined: £45 - allow up to 1 hour.
- Leg MLD: £30 - allow up to 30 mins. Both legs: £50 - allow up to 1 hour.

I use the beautiful For the Love of Earth products in my treatments, in particular the amazing Natural Peppermint Foot Lotion.
This rich, naturally nourishing foot moisturiser combines shea butter, coconut oil, olive oil and olive wax to moisturise and condition the skin, helping to keep your feet feeling soft and smooth. Peppermint essential oil is added for its wonderfully cooling aroma.

The Magnesium Ointment is suitable for use during pregnancy from week 12 onwards due to the inclusion of lavender essential oil. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have any concerns, we recommend speaking to your midwife or healthcare professional before use. It is also suitable for use on children aged 2 years and over, under adult supervision. There has been excellent feedback from parents using it as part of the bedtime routine and also for older children with growing pains. If you are on any medication check with your health care provider before using this product. Do not use if you have severe kidney function disorders or Myasthenia gravis.
