My name is Karen Carroll and I am a Reflexologist based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.

Hi, I'm Karen. I am a fully qualified and insured Reflexology Practitioner with MAR (full Member of the Association of Reflexologists) status and the owner of Jade Reflexology. After losing my wonderful father and the Covid pandemic, I re-evaluated my life and what I wanted from it. This led me to one of the best decisions of my life - to train as a Reflexologist! I qualified in September 2022 and have never looked back. I enjoy my job - in fact I don't see it as a job - its definitely a calling and I enjoy it so much. All of the lovely comments from grateful clients who feel so relaxed and restored afterwards just make my day.
I'm also a mum of two brilliant adults with 5 gorgeous grandchildren who keep me busy when I'm not helping others. Along with my fantastic, supportive hubby they are my world.

It's more important than ever to take some time out for yourself. Our busy, often stressful, lives can make us so wrapped up in work and looking after others, that we forget about ourselves. Prevention is better than cure - you don't need to have health issues to benefit from reflexology or head massage.
Reflexology is a gentle yet powerful therapy that aims to restore the body's balance.
My main role is to help people and I do this through the treatment itself, being a listening ear and giving some subtle lifestyle suggestions along the way.
Treatments, both reflexology and head massage, can vary from person to person depending on their needs.
I treat the whole person - the body, mind and spirit - this is holistic therapy.
What can reflexology help with?
It is usually safe to have Reflexology alongside conventional medicine, but if you are currently having any medical treatment please speak to your GP before booking an appointment.

I provide a safe, warm, welcoming space in my home in Chesterfield, or can make home visits if required, upon request.
Opening Times:
Monday & Wednesday: 8:30am - 7pm
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:30am - 5pm
Saturday: 9:30am - 3pm
Sessions and Fees
First Reflexology sessions with consultation usually take between 1 1/4 - 1 3/4 hours and cost £40.
Subsequent follow on treatments: £35. 1 - 1 1/4 hours.
Touch Therapy Head Massage: £15. 15 - 30 mins.
Top & Tail! Full Reflexology treatment followed by Head Massage: £50. 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hours.
Luxury Foot Ritual: £50. 2 hours and includes:
- a drink of your choice on arrival
- a relaxing and fragrant foot bath and scrub
- full Reflexology treatment (incl consultation if this is your first visit)
- a luxurious foot balm to finish.
Your feet will be feeling amazing and super soft, and you will be feeling more balanced and totally de-stressed!
Gift vouchers and gift boxes are available on request.
